Meet Lauren Niemiec
Lauren Niemiec is a commercial real estate attorney with a deep background in land due diligence, acquisition and horizontal and vertical development.
She works closely with regional developers to help drive their projects from initial conception to final build-out and is often asked to supervise all phases of development along the way (oftentimes assisting with identifying and securing the site location, navigating government approvals and assisting with zoning challenges).
Experience
Achieved a local government amendment to secure entitlements for a 257 unit, 80-acre, multi-family housing development paving the way for over $3 million dollars in client revenue.
Holds a South Carolina General Contractor’s Unlimited License
Received LEED Green Associate Certification
Currently serving as General Counsel to one of the southeast’s leading sitework contractors.
